Smashbox cosmetics was born out of a legendary LA photo studio in 1990. With creativity at its heart, it was a place for artists to come together, dream, experiment and make things happen.

We were tasked to create a new platform that showcased a new strategy and look and feel for the Smashbox brand.

We wanted to bring that original spirit of the studio back to the brand in a contemporary way. Language and visuals are bold and unapologetic. Products are shown just as they are in real life, in use, hardworking and never perfect. A raw and real rock n’ roll spirit always with a hint of the original studio.
